- Since you've comed to this weight loss site, I suppose you're
thinking the same as so many others in your situation... -
"I want to start loosing weight!" Well, that's not
a bad start!
What we are going to do now is to help you motivate, help
you get ready to start a diet program.
"Wishes"
- One thing is wishing you had a slim body, that's the easy
part. How you're going to get it, is the hard part. I'd like
to use three words to describe your possibilities of getting
slimmer: Motivation, inspiration and Strength/Willpower.
Without any of these factors you don't have a chance of gaining
your desired weight loss. So let us list them, and concider
them.
The three factors:
1. Inspiration
This is an important factor. If you're going to do something,
whatever it is, you need to be inspired. You simply have to
want do to it for some reason.
You've decided; you want to loose weight! Well, is
that enough to make you go for it? Probably not. Who doesn't
want to loose weight?
- Inspiration Tips:
There are several ways to boost your inspiration, all depending
on your imagination.
1. Order a vacation, ex. a cruise or something, and decide
you want to get slimmer before the trip so that you'll look
better in your bikini/swimpants.
2. Decide that you'll make people notice you've lost weight
and use their positive reactions into wanting to reduce your
bodyvolume utterly. (You want to show them you're able to
- don't you? Cause you're a strong person!)
3. Be open about it. Talk with your family and/or friends.
I bet they want to help you motivate if you show them you're
willing to do something about your unvanted pounds.
That's just a few inspiration tips to make you think of the
possibilities. Find an inspiration that works for you... and
you're on the right track!
2. Motivation
When you have found a/some good inspiration(s), you should
be kept motivated. Say to yourself you want to go through
with this. Think of your goals, look forward. You want to
do this, you have to do it. You want to feel better!
3. Strength/Willpower
This is the most important part of the whole prosess. You
have to have the willpower to go through with it! You have
to be strong. Tell yourself you're a strong person!
I use to say that everybody can do whatever they decide to
do, if, and only if, they work hard on it! If you want to
be a millionare, you can! But it will cost you a lot of hard
work! If you want to loose weight - you can do that to! Just
keep it going... You have to agree with yourself that this
is what you want.... and nothing is going to stop you! You
are your own boss!!
